Northwest Chapter NACD

Seattle

Since 2003 the Northwest Chapter’s Seattle area NACD programs and events have welcomed the region’s most respected corporate directors as speakers, on our panels, as program attendees and event participants. For the director community in this region, our mission is to engage, educate and connect. We invite NACD Members and their guests to attend our programs, and we invite all corporate directors to consider membership. Though NACD memberships are individual, most begin when a corporation’s full board of directors joins as a group.

Our Monthly Chapter Meetings are downtown at the WAC September to May

Seattle area NACD Members enjoy our meetings to connect with others in the director community, to enjoy the insights of knowledgeable speakers and panelists, and to share their own best practices. Members can sign up for the individual meetings or register for the Northwest Directors Series covering all programs. Spring blooms for us in April when we present the highly entertaining Northwest Director of the Year Event and team up with the Puget Sound Business Journal to present their annual Governance Conference. Finally in June, we support Seattle University’s annual day-long Directors Academy.

THE NORTHWEST DIRECTORS SERIES

NACD Members can sign up for the Northwest Directors Series and attend all Chapter Programs—including both Seattle and Portland Programs. Risk Metrics/ISS and Corporate Directors Institute (CDI) credits are available to Directors Series participants.

7:30 - 9:00 am Program
